The latest collections from JOOP!, Fred Perry, BOSS, Polo Ralph Lauren, Daniel Hechter, Marc O’Polo, Pierre Cardin, strellson, Tommy Hilfiger and many other labels await style-conscious customers in the online store. The company, based in Garching near Munich, is one of the pioneers in digital fashion retail. The online store went online in 1997, and over the decades it has always maintained this one enthusiasm: bringing fashion and men together.

Herrenausstatter.de has a diverse brand portfolio of over 200 internationally renowned top brands such as Boss, Joop!, Tommy Hilfiger, Olympus and many more.
With the product recommendation engine from Bounce Commerce, herrenausstatter.de wants to address visitors who leave the online store after visiting a brand page because they may not have found the right product.
Bounce Commerce developed a customized strategy to avoid shopping cart abandonment and addresses customers with individual product recommendations from the top brands and, in conjunction with an individual coupon code, offers an incentive to return to the brand overview and search for new products.
Avoid purchase abandonment
Bounce Commerce uses its technology for KI-based bounce management to address purchase abandoners. In order to provide customers with the best possible advice, the KI-based recommendation technology presents products according to their search behavior and product preferences. This means that if the customer was primarily looking for Tommy Hilfiger brand products, alternative Tommy Hilfiger products that they might also like are recommended to them when they leave the online store.
The KI acts on the basis of CF-based recommendations, matrix factorization, nearest neighbor methods and association rules. The KI continuously learns to understand users better and better through machine learning and recommends suitable products based on user behavior and neural networks.
